Why do a yoga class?

Yoga is suitable for people of different ages and abilities. It offers not only the benefits of physical exercise such as increased strength, flexibility and balance but also improved mental health by reducing stress and anxiety. A typical class with Lynne includes a breathing practice, a series of yoga exercises and relaxation.

Lynne is British Wheel of Yoga trained and has been teaching classes in Telford for several years. Lynne has an enhanced DBS, First Aid certificate, Child Protection and Adult Safe-Guard training. Training is regularly updated. Lynne has completed the BWY additional training module:' Working Therapeutically with Cancer Patients’. Lynne has also trained to teach Chair Yoga.
