WORKSHOPS

Half day workshops are run approximately every two months. These offer the opportunity to focus on a particular aspect of yoga practice. Recent workshops have included: Mindful Breathing to Enhance Practice and Well-being: An introduction to Yoga with Qigong and Building Strength Through Yoga.


walking group

A walking group meets on the last weekend of the month for about 90 minutes to walk and talk. Anyone attending Yoga With Lynne Classes is welcome. It is an opportunity to meet and get to know students from the other classes.


Social Events

Social events are held regularly throughout the year. All students are welcome to join in. Recent socials have included: Ten Pin Bowling; Afternoon Tea: Escape Room and Christmas Meal.
